At Fred, we understand the importance of teamwork and collaboration. That’s why we offer various subscription plans tailored to suit your needs and accommodate your team size. Each plan has its own usage limits, including the maximum number of team members allowed.

For individuals or small-scale projects, the Freelancer plan offers a team capacity of 1. As your team grows, the Studio plan is designed to support up to 5 team members. For larger teams and agencies, the Agency plan can accommodate up to 15 members, ensuring everyone has access to the platform and its features.

To manage your team, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Settings page by clicking on it in the sidebar on the left-hand side of the page.
  2. Select the Team section to view and manage your team members.
  3. To invite a new member, click the “Invite new member” button located at the top right-hand side of the page.
  4. In the form that appears, enter the email address of the person you’d like to invite and click “Send invite”. Alternatively, you can copy the invitation link and share it directly with the person.

Please note that your team capacity depends on your active subscription plan. If you downgrade your plan, your team capacity will also decrease. In such cases, you may need to reduce the number of team members to comply with the new team capacity limit in order to continue using your account without any disruptions.
