Create a new account

You can create an account on Fred in 2 ways:

Email

1. Visit Fred’s homepage and click “Get Started” in the top-right corner to initiate the sign-up process.
2. Select “Sign-up as a Researcher” and complete the registration form with the necessary information.
3. Click “Create account as a Researcher” to submit your details. A verification email will be sent to the address you provided.
4. Check your email and follow the instructions to verify your account. Upon successful registration, you can begin using Fred for your research.

OAuth

You can create your account with one click. Using the OAuth signup, you won't receive the verification email.

As a new user, you’ll receive a one-month free trial of our Agency plan, granting you access to all its features. At the end of the trial period, you will be prompted to choose whether to continue with the Agency plan or select a different subscription option.
