Switch plans: upgrade and downgrade

To manage your subscription plan on Fred, follow these simple steps:

1. Navigate to the Settings page by clicking on it in the sidebar located on the left-hand side of the page.
2. Open the Billing section to access the Stripe portal, where you can manage your subscription plan.

Please keep in mind that when you downgrade your current subscription plan, you will be subject to lower usage limits for your account. If your account usage exceeds any of these limits, you will be prompted to take appropriate action to continue using your account. Rest assured, you will still be able to use your former plan with its higher usage limits until the end of the current billing cycle.
